WHAT IS A COKOIES?

A cookie is a small file placed or read on your device when you visit a website. This term also includes similar technologies, including trackers, pixels, and identifiers. They may be used for website functionality, security, storing your choices, audience measurement, or, where you consent, the personalization of content or communications.

COOKIES USED AND YOUR CHOICES

The website may use the following categories of trackers:

Strictly necessary trackers: security, browsing, saving your choices, and operating requested services. They do not require consent where they are essential.
Preference or functionality trackers: language and browsing preferences; they are subject to your choice where required.
Audience measurement and performance trackers: improving the website and understanding its use; they are placed only after consent, except where an exemption applies.
Advertising and social media trackers: personalization, delivery, or measurement of communications; they are placed only after consent.

On your first visit, the consent management banner allows you to accept, refuse, or customize non-essential trackers. Refusing must be as easy as accepting. Inaction does not constitute consent.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use third-party providers for hosting, maintenance, consent management, communication tools, audience measurement, social media, or booking services. These providers do not place non-essential trackers until you have made your choice, where consent is required.

MANAGING OR WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the permanent cookie settings link or icon available on the website. Your browser settings may also allow you to delete or block certain cookies; however, doing so may impair certain functionality.

RETENTION PERIODE

Choices relating to cookies, whether acceptance or refusal, are retained for no more than six months, unless a shorter period is imposed by the tool used. The retention period for each tracker is stated in the consent management tool or in the list below.

TRACKER LIST AND SETTINGS

The trackers actually used are presented in the consent management tool available on the website and, for the booking platform, in the “Configure Cookies” section.

The Avantio booking platform uses a settings tool that distinguishes strictly necessary, functional, statistical, and marketing trackers. Non-essential trackers are placed only after you have made your choice.

The website may also use Google Tag Manager to manage certain tags. Any trackers activated through this tool are subject to your consent where required.

Mailchimp and Avantio CRM may receive data voluntarily submitted through contact or booking request forms. These processing activities are described in our Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATE AND UPDATES

Data that may be collected through trackers are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational developments.
